Alex portrayed Joseph beautifully through his musical talents as did his wife Carrie who portrayed Mary. Dave portrayed the innkeeper in the drama portion of the play. Dave sings tenor in the choir, which sang beautifully as well and warmed the hearts of more than 600 attendees of the production.
Alex and Dave talked about the role that the innkeeper played in the story of Jesus Christ's birth as well as how Joseph and Mary felt being the parents of Jesus. They also discussed the implications of what has happened to the meaning of Christmas throughout the centuries and how it impacts society today.
